Description
An exceptional original plein-air style miniature oil landscape painting titled "Summer Sky" by contemporary Pennsylvania impressionist Bryan Oliver. The artwork features a vibrant, texturally rich sky study capturing heavy, dramatic white and silver cumulus clouds floating against a bright blue summer atmosphere. The clouds drift over a lush, low-horizon tree line rendered in loose, expressive impressionistic brushstrokes. The painting is housed in its prominent, custom presentation-style framing: a thick, dark charcoal/black distressed wood profile featuring a recessed gold-leaf inner liner that perfectly accentuates the warmth of the landscape.Verso (Reverse): Personally signed by the artist in white ink, “Bryan Oliver”, titled “Summer Sky”, and includes the artist’s unique tracking catalog number “OB-011-Y17” directly on the backing board. Provenance: Private Collection, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
