This exceptional figural piece features a beautifully sculpted, lifelike bullfrog perched gracefully atop a wavy lily pad leaf rim. The bowl is finished in Weller's iconic Coppertone glaze—a unique, textured, mottled green and brown finish designed to replicate the organic look of aged, oxidized copper. The unglazed, cream-colored base features the crisp, authentic, half-circle incised/ink-stamped "WELLER POTTERY" kiln logo mark used in the late 1920s.
